How does Prime Minister Stephen Harper decide what is and is not "misinformation"? He starts by having his menagerie of mindless minions sift through all available data, and then the stuff that's not available to those without a need to know. Then, after sorting and arranging and organizing every piece of information, Mr. Harper and his regime du jour do what ever they decide, without the semblance of an iota of the framework of a justifiable pretext. Maybe this latest assault on personal privacy rights will serve to explain the need for the six new mega prisons being constructed in Ontario, huh, huh?!
